Jack Heinemann

Clinical Social Worker/PsychoTherapist, LCSW-R, BCD

As a dedicated psychotherapist, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my practice. With postgraduate training in adult psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychonalysis from The Training Institute for Mental Health in New York City and a graduate degree from Fordham University, I am committed to providing compassionate care and support to individuals and couples.

I have a background in community mental health and have honed my skills through extensive experience conducting psychotherapy sessions over the years. I also teach and provide clinical supervision at the Training Institute for Mental Health. Each interaction in therapy is a unique dialogue tailored to your needs, where I strive to broaden your awareness of internal thoughts and feelings that may have been overlooked.

I firmly believe that understanding the context of your life experiences and how they contribute to your current struggles can be transformative. In my practice, I work with individuals and couples, offering a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth.

Please don't hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I would be happy to speak with you about whether psychotherapy might be beneficial for you.
